Submitting Your Picture(s) Via Internet

1.       Fill in the blanks with your name and email address.  Upload your picture and fill out what text is to appear on the product.  Please refer to product description for character limitations.

A.       For best results, submit a clear, sharp photo either color or black and white.  Please do not send negatives, slides or panoramic photos.  If your photo is blurry or has imperfections, these flaws could be magnified when it is enlarged.

B.       This unique product may require cropping and composition.  The photo will be enlarged so as to create the most beautiful rendition possible in black, white and gray format.

C.       Copyrighted photos will not be accepted without written permission from the photographer.  A copyrighted picture will usually be identified as follows: 1) the words “Copyrighted Photo-Do not copy” imprinted on the back of the photo, 2) a copyrighted logo or 3) a professionally published photo or artwork e.g. magazine photo.  Please use a different photo if you are in doubt as to whether your submission is copyright protected.

2.       To send additional pictures resubmit them through the same process.  Please note in the “Additional Info” area what product each picture is going on.  Please let us know exactly what pictures go on which products. 

Mailing Your Picture(s)

1.       Just choose your favorite photo (maximum size – 8x10) write your name, address, email address and phone number on a label or piece of tape and attach it to the back of your photo (Don’t write on the photo itself). Place your picture in the self-addressed envelope provided.

B.      This unique product may require photo cropping and composition.  The photo will be enlarged so as to create the most beautiful rendition possible in black, white, and gray format.  In the unlikely event that photos are lost or damaged by our company, agents or employees; vendor liability is limited to the replacement of one roll of film.  We suggest that if your photos are irreplaceable make duplicates and send the duplicates to us.

2.       Please write what text is to appear on the product.  Please refer to product description for character limitations.  It may be easier to print and fill out the upload form and mail it to us with your picture.

3.       Send your photo in a self-addressed envelope.  Please include sufficient postage when mailing your materials.
